Terms & Conditions
- Boxes ship by the 12th of every month or the month of you signup. Australia Post delivery within 5-10 business days around Australia. International delivery times here. Delivery time can vary depending on the current world situation.
- Subscriptions automatically bill on the 10th of each month.
- Cancel your subscription at any time.
- Price does not include shipping. You can see our current shipping prices here. Prices can change at any time.
- Shipping available world wide. Free local delivery to postcodes 3300 & 3301 Victoria or pick up is available from postcode 3301. You can select these options at checkout.
- If your card is declined for any reason, the system will retry for 6 consecutive days. If payment hasn't been made during this time the system will automatically cancel your subscription.
- Email notifications: you will receive a reminder email before the 10th of the corresponding month that your payment is coming out.
- You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account or simply sending me an email at email@example.com. Please note that any money you have paid for your subscription can not be refunded.
- If you do not like the pair of earrings you are sent, you are unable to return them for a refund or exchange. Perhaps you could gift them to a friend or a loved one.
- You cannot use a discount code to purchase this item. In the instance this occurs, I will refund your money and ask you purchase at the full price.
- All subscription boxes are sent via Australia Post Regular Tracked postage and you will receive a tracking number once posted.
- If you order additional items alongside the subscription, all items will be posted to a single address and you can combine shipping by choosing local delivery at checkout. Additional items will need to be ordered before the 10th of every month.
- You are not entitled to free shipping if you purchase additional items.
