Terms & Conditions

- This price includes 12 months of Shipping Australia wide.

- You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account or simply sending me an email at hello@tigerandlilly.com.au.  Please note that any money you have paid for your subscription can not be refunded (so when you sign up on a annual subscription you will receive a full year of boxes). 

- You are billed on the 10th of every month and boxes are shipped from the 12th of each month or the next business day if the 12th falls on a weekend or public holiday.

- If you do not like the pair of earrings you are sent, you are unable to return them for a refund or exchange.  Perhaps you could give them to a friend for a gift!

- You cannot use a discount code to purchase this item.  In the instance this occurs, I will refund your money and ask you purchase at the full price.

- All subscription boxes are sent via Australia Post Regular Tracked postage and you will receive a tracking number once posted.

- If you order additional items alongside the subscription, all items will be posted to a single address and you can combine shipping by choosing local delivery at checkout. Additional items will need to be ordered before the 10th of every month.

- You are not entitled to free shipping if you purchase additional items.

- Your earrings will not come with the pastel pink velvet gift bag that it would come in if purchased from the website.
